Delfina, who is originally from Argentina, moved to Mexico City to join Uber’s Talent Acquisition team five years ago. Her curiosity, paired with Uber’s culture around driving growth, recently led her to San Francisco to take over Employer Brand globally at Uber. Delfina is passionate about recruiting, data, and social media and when she’s not working, she is probably traveling and trying new restaurants.
